“ It’s basically the deli of vegan food. They make their proteins and queso in-house, along with their pastries—which already earns them points in my book. The flavors were solid, though maybe a little too layered for our kids’ taste buds. If you’ve been vegan for a while, though, it’s that familiar kind of complexity your palate expects and appreciates. The vibe is nice and chill—nothing flashy, just comfortable. Tucked into a neighborhood, it feels like one of those spots you’d casually claim as your local go-to after a few visits. ”

“ I found this place accidentally walking my daughter to her therapy and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful. The food is gorgeous. It is easy on the body and I have a disability and I’m not able to eat all food. Haven’t had any allergy reaction. Haven’t had any issues it really has been a lifesaver because my childhas an aversion to vegetables and she eats all her food. ”

“ This is what a good vegetarian restaurant should be like. Good food, service and comfortable interior. The most important part of such a restaurant is to provide food so filling that you forget that you are eating vegetarian. The variety is noteworthy. They are creative enough to serve things I have never seen at other vegetarian places such as waffles, arepa, and a reuben. There is a small grocery section selling bottled drinks, desserts, refrigerated ítems, and even clothing. Also a deli section selling plant-based meats and cheeses. Overall, I see this place as a positive evolution of the vegetarian experience. As someone who lived in NYC, I would say that this place would fit very well along the plethora of vegetarian restaurants there. The mix of restaurant, deli, and grocery is a good way to make this food mainstream. The only bad thing is the small parking lot that fits only a few cars. ”

“ The tabla planticeria was incredible, it was really nice to try everything. There wasn't anything on the plate that we didn't like. It was also very big, we weren't able to finish the rest of our food. I wasn't the biggest fan of the "chicken" tenders as the texture wasn't amazing and the cheesecake was only ok compared to others we've had before but my boyfriend really enjoyed his club sandwich. We wish we had longer to come back and try more of the menu!!! ”

“ Food/ Quality: If you’re a vegetarian/ vegan / need gluten free options or just want to try something new- it’s incredible food & healthy. Love the variety of options! They even did a Panama special menu for a couple days. They also sell plant-based meats and dairy free cheeses deli style & have an eco-friendly products section. I appreciate the attention to being eco-aware and mindful with sustainability and allergies/ dietary preferences. Service/ Mood: They were a bit busy tonight - I strongly recommend if you want dinner you come EARLY before 20:00 or get take-out if you get there between 20:00-20:30. If it’s the last hour of the day that they are open - keep it in mind this isn’t the best to go for a sit down meal. The staff were keen to be done quick and were closing up and leaving before 21:00 - making a big show of it in the dining area (this affected the atmosphere). I understand that at the end of a long shift you want to leave fast. However, it made everyone still eating inside feel uncomfortable & rush to eat/ leave before closing time. No one was told when the last time to order was. They took a while to get our order from our table - we ordered before 20:20. They also forgot a couple of items we ordered. I believe it’d be beneficial for the customers and their staff if they had a last call time for any food/ drink orders. Then it’d be clear what time to order by. (& this will help improve the atmosphere if everyone is on the same page - being one of the rare fully plant-based spots in Panama the atmosphere is important ) ”
